Yemen Eco | Report:
Experts and researchers confirmed that the announcement by the leader of Ansar Allah, Abdul-Malik al-Houthi, to close the Bab al-Mandab Strait to Israeli ships, imposed a new strategic equation that will have a major impact on the ragging battle between the Israeli army and the Palestinian Islamic Resistance movement, Hamas, and may put significant pressure on the influential global powers to correct its biased position towards Israel in its absurd and unprecedented war on the Gaza Strip.

The Egyptian writer indicated in a tweet on X website monitored by “Yemen Eco” website to a number of risks which will be set up on the decision of Al-Houthi targeting the Israeli ships in Bab al-Mandab Strait among them hurting the international trade movement at Bab al-Mandab Strait and the Red Sea, the matter which might push towards war development and transfer it to the confrontation with maritime pieces and the anti-ships missiles.
Assaker continued that the costs of transporting commodities to Israeli markets will be risen as a result of raising its costs and insurance, especially the hesitation of some companies and others refusing the commercial transactions with Israel fearing targeting their ships in the Red Sea.

Assaker indicated to the first strikes carried out by Sana’a against Israeli targets in Elat south of the Red Sea was like feeling the pulse and testing the capacities of the Israeli army’s defenses, and also were deemed as messages to stop the war on Gaza and forbidding its expansion. Confirming the targeting of Israeli ships in the Red sea is a significant move that will not affect only on the Israeli economy but on the international trade movement and the oil tankers in the most important sea in the Middle east, as he described.
The Yemeni researcher in military affairs Major General Abdullah Amer the deputy director of the morale guidance affiliated with the ministry of defense in Sana’a government, confirmed that the decision which taken by Sana’a in closing Bab al-Mandab Strait before the Israeli ships, put all before an existing, powerful and effective equation, the mere media circulation on the Yemeni decision will affect international shipping traffic, directly or indirectly, it is expected that the first direct result of the decision is that companies will review the issue of their continued shipping towards Eilat, which may stop for a period, stressing that some of them have actually begun to review the maritime transportation procedures to Eilat, and naturally, it will raise the insurance rates.
Major general Abdullah Amer indicated in a blog post monitored by “Yemen Eco “that the ships are heading to Eilat began actually in taking other routs which are costly materialistic if not stopped passing in the Red Sea, in addition to the Israeli war pieces, clarifying that such a step only affects once it is announced, wondering, “What will the matter be like when the decision is now subject to practical implantation?”
He reassured that “The Israeli economy will sustain heavy losses due to the ships shifting their routes especially, that coming from Asia an
